The experience of our customers is central to everything we do at Environet. That’s why we’re investing in hiring new staff with a focus on delivering outstanding service, ensuring anyone who picks up the phone or sends an email to us becomes a happy customer who would choose to come back to us again in the future.
Our TrustPilot rating is currently 4.9 out of 5, meaning 99% of customers have rated us as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Great’ and we want to keep it that way.
This week we’ve welcomed Alissa Doran to the team as Sales Consultant for the London area. London has a serious Japanese knotweed problem and, increasingly a bamboo problem too, which means it’s a huge market for us – and it’s continuing to grow.
Alissa will be the first port of call for many of our customers across the capital. She’ll be using her vast expertise in invasive plants, combined with her experience in sales and customer care gained in the hospitality and events sectors, to ensure they have a seamless journey and come back to Environet again in the future.
Aside from driving new business and taking care of our customers in London, Alissa is also busy undertaking a Masters degree in Environment and Climate Emergency. Sustainability is an issue close to our hearts and we’re delighted to say it’s one of the reasons Alissa chose to come and work with us!
Alissa said: “I’m thrilled to join the Environet team. I’m looking forward to combining my experience of customer-facing roles with my passion for environmental issues – and I’m proud to be working for the industry leaders in the field of invasive plant removal.”
If you think you’ve got what it takes to work for Environet, we’d love to hear from you! Check out our vacancies page or drop us an email with your CV and a covering letter to: [email protected].
