It’s that time of year again when we look back and reflect over the past twelve months. For Environet, it’s been a year of considerable growth and investment. We’ve doubled our team from 13 to 26 members, including our most recent recruit Mark Howell who joined earlier this month as Senior Regional Manager for London and the South East.
Investment in research and development has also been significant this year as we continue our commitment to exploring new ways of tackling Japanese knotweed for homeowners and business customers. We’ve taken part in some exciting new research in conjunction with a global player in the world of materials (watch this space for an announcement soon!) and undertaken a significant piece of consumer research with YouGov which saw us featured in The Times, Sunday Times, Mail Online and on BBC South East and BBC Breakfast News.
We completed the purchase on our new 5,000 sq ft Head Office in Send, near Woking, back in April and have settled in well, giving us the space we need to grow our workforce, store our equipment securely and manage our Research & Development projects.
We are looking ahead to 2018 with optimism and excitement and I have no doubt we will continue to grow our reputation as the UK’s most reliable and trustworthy Japanese knotweed experts. Which only leaves me to say a huge thankyou to you, our customers.
We wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!
